### sec.346 If an agreement is made on a referral by a court to a conference before sentence This section applies if immediately before the commencement of the amending Act, section 22(2) (the commencement ), a child has been given a notice under section 165(6) for a contravention of a term of a conference agreement but not been entirely dealt with under the section. The child must, despite the commencement, be dealt with for the contravention under the section as it existed at that time.
