### sec.340 Contravention of community based orders generally
Part 7, division 12 applies to a contravention of a community based order whether the contravention happened before or after the relevant commencement.
Without limiting this subdivision—
a current proceeding under this Act, relating to a contravention of a community based order, may be continued and finished as if it had been started under part 7, division 12; and
a current order made under this Act, relating to a contravention of a community based order, continues in force as if it had been made under part 7, division 12.
In this section—
relevant commencement means the commencement of section 98 of the amending Act.

(sec.340-ssec.1) Part 7, division 12 applies to a contravention of a community based order whether the contravention happened before or after the relevant commencement.
(sec.340-ssec.2) Without limiting this subdivision— a current proceeding under this Act, relating to a contravention of a community based order, may be continued and finished as if it had been started under part 7, division 12; and a current order made under this Act, relating to a contravention of a community based order, continues in force as if it had been made under part 7, division 12.
(sec.340-ssec.3) In this section— relevant commencement means the commencement of section 98 of the amending Act.
- (a) a current proceeding under this Act, relating to a contravention of a community based order, may be continued and finished as if it had been started under part 7, division 12; and
- (b) a current order made under this Act, relating to a contravention of a community based order, continues in force as if it had been made under part 7, division 12.
