### sec.330 Generally in relation to new pt 6 Unless otherwise provided, a provision of new part 6 applies from the relevant commencement to all proceedings to which it is stated to apply— whether current or otherwise; and whether the proceeding relates to an offence committed before or after the commencement; and whether or not the proceeding follows any form of appeal or review. In this section— relevant commencement means the commencement of section 26 of the amending Act. s 330 ins 2002 No. 39 s 115 (sec.330-ssec.1) Unless otherwise provided, a provision of new part 6 applies from the relevant commencement to all proceedings to which it is stated to apply— whether current or otherwise; and whether the proceeding relates to an offence committed before or after the commencement; and whether or not the proceeding follows any form of appeal or review.
