### sec.313A Review of particular matters
The Minister must review the operation of sections 263A and 263B to the extent the sections relate to the use of body-worn cameras by detention centre employees.
In carrying out the review, the Minister must consider the effect of the use of body-worn cameras by detention centre employees on the privacy of children detained in detention centres.
The review must be completed as soon as practicable after the day that is 2 years after the commencement.

(sec.313A-ssec.1) The Minister must review the operation of sections 263A and 263B to the extent the sections relate to the use of body-worn cameras by detention centre employees.
