### sec.310 Enforcement of child payments If an order is made by a court under this Act requiring a child to pay to the State or to any person an amount of money by way of fine, restitution or compensation— the amount ordered to be paid constitutes a debt owing to the State or other person by the child; and the order may be filed in the registry of a Magistrates Court under the Magistrates Courts Act 1921 ; and on being so filed, the order is taken to be an order properly made by the Magistrates Court under that Act and may be enforced as an order so made. - (a) the amount ordered to be paid constitutes a debt owing to the State or other person by the child; and - (b) the order may be filed in the registry of a Magistrates Court under the Magistrates Courts Act 1921 ; and - (c) on being so filed, the order is taken to be an order properly made by the Magistrates Court under that Act and may be enforced as an order so made.
