### sec.305 Parent entitled to know of whereabouts of child in custody
A parent of a child who is being held in custody on being arrested for an offence, or on an order made under this Act, may request the chief executive to inform the parent of the whereabouts of the child.
The chief executive on request must give the information to the parent if the child is in the chief executive’s custody, or the chief executive knows where the child is.

(sec.305-ssec.1) A parent of a child who is being held in custody on being arrested for an offence, or on an order made under this Act, may request the chief executive to inform the parent of the whereabouts of the child.
