### sec.303 Chief executive must collect and keep information
The chief executive must—
collect the information prescribed under a regulation about children dealt with under this Act; and
keep the information for the time prescribed under a regulation.
A regulation may also provide for requirements about giving reports about the information or publishing the information.
Subsection (2) applies subject to section 301 .

(sec.303-ssec.1) The chief executive must— collect the information prescribed under a regulation about children dealt with under this Act; and keep the information for the time prescribed under a regulation.
(sec.303-ssec.2) A regulation may also provide for requirements about giving reports about the information or publishing the information.
(sec.303-ssec.3) Subsection (2) applies subject to section 301 .
- (a) collect the information prescribed under a regulation about children dealt with under this Act; and
- (b) keep the information for the time prescribed under a regulation.
