### sec.301R Review of suitability of place to be temporary detention centre This section applies if a place is declared to be a temporary detention centre for a disaster-affected detention centre. The chief executive must regularly review— whether the disaster-affected detention centre continues to be adversely affected; and whether the place continues to be needed for the detention of children who otherwise would have been detained at the disaster-affected detention centre; and whether, considering the matters mentioned in section 301H — the place is the most suitable place to be a temporary detention centre; or there is another place that is more suitable to be a temporary detention centre. s 301R ins 2023 No. 14 s 48 (sec.301R-ssec.1) This section applies if a place is declared to be a temporary detention centre for a disaster-affected detention centre.
