### sec.297B Purpose The purpose of this division is to enable a coordinated response to the needs of children charged with offences. The purpose is to be achieved by providing for an arrangement to be established under which— services provided to the children by particular entities are coordinated; and confidential information relating to the children may be shared between particular entities, while protecting the confidentiality of the information. s 297B ins 2019 No. 23 s 30 (sec.297B-ssec.1) The purpose of this division is to enable a coordinated response to the needs of children charged with offences.
