### sec.282D Deciding application
The chief executive may grant the application if the chief executive is satisfied the applicant may, under section 282BA (1) , make the application.
However, the chief executive may refuse the application if the chief executive considers the person should not be registered as an eligible person because of the application of section 282A (5) to (9) .

(sec.282D-ssec.1) The chief executive may grant the application if the chief executive is satisfied the applicant may, under section 282BA (1) , make the application.
