### sec.265 Where children to be detained The chief executive must decide the detention centre at which a child ordered to be detained or remanded in custody is to be detained. The chief executive may direct that a child detained in a detention centre be transferred to another detention centre. s 265 amd 1996 No. 22 s 69 ; 1998 No. 39 s 46 (sec.265-ssec.1) The chief executive must decide the detention centre at which a child ordered to be detained or remanded in custody is to be detained.
