### sec.260 Recovery of unpaid compensations amount An amount of compensation ordered to be paid under section 259 , and any amount of costs ordered to be paid, is a debt owed by the parent to the person in whose favour the order is made. The order may be filed in the registry of a Magistrates Court under the Magistrates Courts Act 1921 .
