### sec.251 Notice of discharge etc. of community based order
If a court in the exercise of jurisdiction under this division affects the terms or operation of a community based order made against a child, it must cause written notice of the exercise of the jurisdiction to be given to—
the child; and
the chief executive; and
if that court is not the court that made the community based order to which the application for exercise of the jurisdiction applied—the court that made the order.
