### sec.244 General options available to court to which child committed for breach by indictable offence
This section applies if a court orders a child to appear before another court under section 242 (3) (a) .
The other court may take the following action—
for an order other than a conditional release order—any action allowed by section 245 ;
for a conditional release order—any action allowed by section 246 or 246A .
If the other court is the Supreme Court or Childrens Court judge, the proceeding must be heard and decided by a judge sitting without a jury.

(sec.244-ssec.1) This section applies if a court orders a child to appear before another court under section 242 (3) (a) .
