### sec.202 Ending of community service order A community service order made against a child remains in effect until— the child has performed community service in accordance with the requirements specified under section 196 (1) (b) and (c) for the number of hours specified in the order; or the order is discharged under section 245 or 247 ; or the expiry of the period within which the community service is required to be performed under section 198 ; whichever first happens. s 202 prev s 202 om 1996 No. 22 s 65 pres s 202 amd 2002 No. 39 s 77 - (a) the child has performed community service in accordance with the requirements specified under section 196 (1) (b) and (c) for the number of hours specified in the order; or - (b) the order is discharged under section 245 or 247 ; or - (c) the expiry of the period within which the community service is required to be performed under section 198 ;
