### sec.194E Multiple offences dealt with together A court— if a child is found guilty of 2 or more graffiti offences in the same proceeding— must make at least 1 graffiti removal order against the child; and may make more than 1 graffiti removal order against the child; and if a child is found guilty of 2 or more offences in the same proceeding, one of which is a graffiti offence—must make a graffiti removal order against the child. This section does not limit section 176A . s 194E ins 2013 No. 31 s 89 (sec.194E-ssec.1) A court— if a child is found guilty of 2 or more graffiti offences in the same proceeding— must make at least 1 graffiti removal order against the child; and may make more than 1 graffiti removal order against the child; and if a child is found guilty of 2 or more offences in the same proceeding, one of which is a graffiti offence—must make a graffiti removal order against the child.
