### sec.192C Making restorative justice order and community service order or graffiti removal order
This section applies if, for the same offence, a court makes a restorative justice order and—
a community service order; or
a graffiti removal order.
In making the community service order, the court must, when deciding the number of hours of unpaid community service, have regard to the child’s obligations under the restorative justice agreement related to the restorative justice order.
In making the graffiti removal order, the court must, when deciding the number of hours of graffiti removal service, have regard to the child’s obligations under the restorative justice agreement related to the restorative justice order.
Subsections (2) and (3) only apply to a restorative justice agreement that is in force at the time of making the community service order or graffiti removal order.

(sec.192C-ssec.1) This section applies if, for the same offence, a court makes a restorative justice order and— a community service order; or a graffiti removal order.
(sec.192C-ssec.2) In making the community service order, the court must, when deciding the number of hours of unpaid community service, have regard to the child’s obligations under the restorative justice agreement related to the restorative justice order.
(sec.192C-ssec.3) In making the graffiti removal order, the court must, when deciding the number of hours of graffiti removal service, have regard to the child’s obligations under the restorative justice agreement related to the restorative justice order.
(sec.192C-ssec.4) Subsections (2) and (3) only apply to a restorative justice agreement that is in force at the time of making the community service order or graffiti removal order.

- (b) a graffiti removal order.
