### sec.191 Requirements of fine order
An order made by a court requiring a child to pay a fine must direct that—
the fine be paid by a specified time or by specified instalments; and
the fine must be paid in the first instance to the proper officer of the court.
- (a) the fine be paid by a specified time or by specified instalments; and
