### sec.152 Pre-sentence report evidence
The court may request the author of a pre-sentence report, or a person who gave a statement included in the report, to attend before the court in the way indicated by the court for the purpose of giving more information.
The court may ask, and allow parties to the proceeding to ask, questions of a person attending the court under subsection (1) .
A court may give as much weight as it considers appropriate to a pre-sentence report or answers given in response to questions under subsection (2) .
