### sec.129 Removal of a proceeding because of lack of jurisdiction
If a court is satisfied that it does not have jurisdiction to hear and determine a proceeding before it because of this Act, it may remove the proceeding to a court of competent jurisdiction.
To remove and deal with the proceeding that remains before it, the court may—
give directions it considers necessary; and
take or make any procedural action or order the court of competent jurisdiction could take or make.
Subsection (2) does not limit any other power the court may have to deal with the proceeding.
(sec.129-ssec.1) If a court is satisfied that it does not have jurisdiction to hear and determine a proceeding before it because of this Act, it may remove the proceeding to a court of competent jurisdiction.
