### sec.104 Charge other than committal charge—election by legally represented child for trial with or without jury
This section applies to a charge against a child of an indictable offence before a Childrens Court judge that is not a committal charge mentioned in section 102 .
If the child is represented by a lawyer, the child may elect—
to be tried before the judge sitting without a jury; or
to be tried before the judge sitting with a jury.
An election must happen before the child enters a plea to the charge.

(sec.104-ssec.1) This section applies to a charge against a child of an indictable offence before a Childrens Court judge that is not a committal charge mentioned in section 102 .
(sec.104-ssec.2) If the child is represented by a lawyer, the child may elect— to be tried before the judge sitting without a jury; or to be tried before the judge sitting with a jury.
