### sec.87 Particular cooperative management agreements not invalid This section applies to a cooperative management agreement that— was in effect immediately before the commencement; and does not— state it is an agreement to which a provision of a management plan applies; or otherwise purport to have been entered into for the purposes of, or to be subject to, a provision of a management plan. To remove any doubt, it is declared that the agreement is not invalid merely because, on the commencement, the agreement contravenes, or is otherwise inconsistent with, a requirement about cooperative management agreements under a provision of a management plan.
