### sec.68 Entry and search—monitoring compliance
An authorised officer may, for the purpose of finding out whether this Act is being complied with—
enter any place at any reasonable time of the day or night; and
exercise the powers mentioned in section 70 .
An authorised officer may enter a place or exercise a power under subsection (1) only if—
the occupier of the place consents to the entry or exercise of the power; or
a warrant under section 71 authorises the entry or exercise of the power.
(sec.68-ssec.1) An authorised officer may, for the purpose of finding out whether this Act is being complied with— enter any place at any reasonable time of the day or night; and exercise the powers mentioned in section 70 .
