### sec.66 Records to be maintained by registrar
The registrar must maintain records in relation to private land within the wet tropics area.
The records must show—
that the private land is subject to the prohibitions under section 56 ; and
in relation to private land that is subject to a management plan—that the land is subject to the management plan.
The registrar must maintain the records in such a way that a search of the register maintained by the registrar under any Act relating to the private land will show that the land is subject to—
the prohibitions; and
if subsection (2) (b) applies—the management plan.
The registrar must, within 14 days after—
the repeal of a management plan over private land; or
the removal of private land from the operation of a management plan;
remove the particulars of the land from the registrar’s records.
(sec.66-ssec.1) The registrar must maintain records in relation to private land within the wet tropics area.
(sec.66-ssec.2) The records must show— that the private land is subject to the prohibitions under section 56 ; and in relation to private land that is subject to a management plan—that the land is subject to the management plan.
(sec.66-ssec.3) The registrar must maintain the records in such a way that a search of the register maintained by the registrar under any Act relating to the private land will show that the land is subject to— the prohibitions; and if subsection (2) (b) applies—the management plan.
(sec.66-ssec.4) The registrar must, within 14 days after— the repeal of a management plan over private land; or the removal of private land from the operation of a management plan; remove the particulars of the land from the registrar’s records.
- (a) that the private land is subject to the prohibitions under section 56 ; and
- (b) in relation to private land that is subject to a management plan—that the land is subject to the management plan.
