### sec.61 Identity cards
The State Minister must issue an identity card to each authorised officer other than an authorised officer of a prescribed class.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photograph of the authorised officer; and
be in a form approved by the State Minister; and
be signed by the officer.
A person who ceases to be an authorised officer must not, without reasonable excuse, fail to return the person’s identity card to the authority as soon as practicable after ceasing to be an authorised officer.
Maximum penalty for subsection (3) —50 penalty units.
