### sec.47 Approval of final plan
A final management plan does not have effect until approved by the Governor in Council.
An approval under subsection (1) may be made only on the recommendation of the State Minister and the Commonwealth Minister.
A final management plan is subordinate legislation.
The authority must—
keep the approved plan open for inspection by members of the public during office hours on business days at—
the authority’s office; and
such other places as the authority considers appropriate; and
on payment of the prescribed fee by a person, give a copy of the approved plan to the person.
