### sec.3 Crown bound
This Act binds the Crown in right of Queensland and, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
Nothing in this Act renders the Crown in any of its capacities liable to be prosecuted for an offence.
However, subsection (2) does not prevent an officer, employee or agent of the Crown from being prosecuted for an offence.
(sec.3-ssec.1) This Act binds the Crown in right of Queensland and, so far as the legislative power of the Parliament permits, the Crown in all its other capacities.
