### sec.25 Disclosure of interests by executive director The executive director must give written notice to the chairperson of all direct or indirect pecuniary interests that the executive director has or acquires in any business or in any corporation carrying on any business. The obligations of the executive director under subsection (1) are in addition to any obligations that the executive director has under this Act or any other law.
