### sec.99 Application for range approval Application may be made to an authorised officer to approve a range for weapons target shooting. The application must— be in the approved form; and provide the further particulars reasonably required by the authorised officer; and be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation. s 99 ins 1994 No. 13 s 12 (sec.99-ssec.1) Application may be made to an authorised officer to approve a range for weapons target shooting.
