### sec.96 Revoking or suspending permit
An authorised officer may revoke or suspend a shooting club permit if—
the shooting club contravenes this Act; or
the shooting club contravenes a condition applying to the permit; or
the authorised officer reasonably believes it is likely a member of the shooting club or the public will suffer injury or loss if the permit is not revoked or suspended.
The authorised officer must give written notice of the revocation or suspension to the shooting club.
The notice must specify—
if the permit has been suspended—the day the suspension is lifted; and
the reasons for the revocation or suspension.
The revocation or suspension takes effect on the day the notice is given to the shooting club or, if a later day is specified in the notice, the specified day.
A shooting club permit that is suspended stops having effect until the suspension is lifted.
