### sec.89 Conditions to apply to permit
If an authorised officer grants a shooting club permit to an approved club, the authorised officer may impose conditions that apply to the permit.
The authorised officer may impose conditions about—
the location, construction, equipment and maintenance of shooting ranges; and
the use, control, administration and management of shooting ranges; and
matters prescribed by regulation.
In imposing conditions, the authorised officer must have regard to the need to protect persons from death or injury and property from unlawful destruction or damage.
The conditions must be specified in the permit or by written notice given to the applicant.
