### sec.86 Application for shooting club permit
Application may be made to an authorised officer to grant a shooting club permit to a shooting club.
The shooting club permit may only be granted to a shooting club whose primary purpose is to conduct the sport of target shooting.
The application must—
be in the approved form; and
provide the further particulars reasonably required by the authorised officer; and
be accompanied by the fee prescribed by regulation.

(sec.86-ssec.1) Application may be made to an authorised officer to grant a shooting club permit to a shooting club.
(sec.86-ssec.2) The shooting club permit may only be granted to a shooting club whose primary purpose is to conduct the sport of target shooting.
