### sec.83 Licensed collector leaving Queensland
A licensed collector who is about to leave Queensland to reside elsewhere must, before leaving, advise an authorised officer in writing of—
the date of departure; and
the proposed residence; and
what is proposed to be done regarding the collection.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
A licensed collector must not move weapons to which the licence relates from the premises specified in the licence to a place outside Queensland unless an authorised officer is satisfied that the manner of transporting the weapons ensures their safekeeping whilst in Queensland.
