### sec.59 Possession or use of weapon under the influence of liquor or a drug prohibited
In this section—
weapon includes—
an antique firearm, spear gun, longbow or sword; and
a replica of a thing mentioned in paragraph (a) ; and
a slingshot or shanghai; and
an explosive.
A person must not have physical possession of or use a weapon if the person is under the influence of liquor or a drug.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
