### sec.37 Advertising sale of firearms If a person advertises the sale of the person’s firearm, the person must state in the advertisement the firearm’s serial number, if any. Maximum penalty—10 penalty units. s 37 ins 1996 No. 41 s 8 amd 2006 No. 26 s 119 sch 2
