### sec.197 Existing applications relating to licences This section applies to an application made, but not decided, under former part 2 before the commencement. The application is taken to be an application under new part 2. Anything done in relation to the application under the Act before the commencement is taken to have been done in relation to the application under the Act as in force from the commencement. In this section— former part 2 means part 2 as in force from time to time before the commencement. s 197 ins 2024 No. 45 s 77 (sec.197-ssec.1) This section applies to an application made, but not decided, under former part 2 before the commencement.
