### sec.192 Declaration about officers of Customs during interim period This section applies to a person who was an officer of Customs in the Australian Border Force during the interim period or a part of the interim period. This Act is taken not to have applied to the person in relation to the person’s possession or use of a weapon when performing the duties of an officer during the interim period or the part of the interim period.
