### sec.190 Training courses
If, immediately before the commencement, an approval of a training course was in force under former section 10A(2)(b), the approval continues in force as if it had been made under section 10AA(1).
If, immediately before the commencement, an approval of a training course was in force under former section 124, the approval continues in force as if it had been made under section 10AA(2).
As soon as practicable after the commencement, the commissioner must notify each course approved under this section on the QPS website.
An approval under this section may be ended by the commissioner under section 10AA.
In this section—
former means as in force before the commencement.

(sec.190-ssec.1) If, immediately before the commencement, an approval of a training course was in force under former section 10A(2)(b), the approval continues in force as if it had been made under section 10AA(1).
(sec.190-ssec.2) If, immediately before the commencement, an approval of a training course was in force under former section 124, the approval continues in force as if it had been made under section 10AA(2).
