### sec.18A Additional application requirements for collector’s licence (weapons) for category H weapon If the application is for a collector’s licence (weapons) or the renewal of a collector’s licence (weapons) and the licensee intends to possess a temporarily inoperable category H weapon, the application must include a current declaration signed by an approved historical society’s representative stating— the applicant holds current membership with the approved historical society; and the representative is satisfied that the applicant is a genuine collector of weapons. Subsection (1) does not apply if the applicant is an approved historical society.
