### sec.170 Delegations
The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified authorised officer.
In this section—
an appropriately qualified authorised officer , to whom a power under this section may be delegated, means an authorised officer who has the necessary expertise or experience to exercise the power.

(sec.170-ssec.1) The Minister may delegate the Minister’s powers under this Act to an appropriately qualified authorised officer.
