### sec.145 Applicant may carry on business pending review
A person who applies for the review of—
the refusal to renew a dealer’s licence, armourer’s licence or theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence; or
the revocation of a dealer’s licence, armourer’s licence or theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence;
is entitled, until the review is decided, to carry on business as if the licence had been renewed or had not been revoked.

(sec.145-ssec) A person who applies for the review of— the refusal to renew a dealer’s licence, armourer’s licence or theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence; or the revocation of a dealer’s licence, armourer’s licence or theatrical ordnance supplier’s licence; is entitled, until the review is decided, to carry on business as if the licence had been renewed or had not been revoked.
