### sec.141ZS Powers of appellate court
In deciding an appeal against a decision, the appellate court may—
confirm the decision; or
vary the decision; or
set aside the decision and substitute another decision; or
if the decision was made by a court—set aside the decision and remit the matter to the court that made the decision.
The decision of the appellate court upon an appeal is final and conclusive.

(sec.141ZS-ssec.1) In deciding an appeal against a decision, the appellate court may— confirm the decision; or vary the decision; or set aside the decision and substitute another decision; or if the decision was made by a court—set aside the decision and remit the matter to the court that made the decision.
