### sec.141ZG Power to search premises
A police officer may enter and search relevant premises for a firearm or firearm related item.
In this section—
relevant premises means—
premises owned or occupied by, or in the care or under the control or management of, an individual subject to a firearm prohibition order; or
premises at which an individual subject to a firearm prohibition order resides; or
a vehicle on premises mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) .
resides , in relation to premises, includes sleeps at the premises on a regular or frequent basis.

(sec.141ZG-ssec.1) A police officer may enter and search relevant premises for a firearm or firearm related item.
(sec.141ZG-ssec.2) In this section— relevant premises means— premises owned or occupied by, or in the care or under the control or management of, an individual subject to a firearm prohibition order; or premises at which an individual subject to a firearm prohibition order resides; or a vehicle on premises mentioned in paragraph (a) or (b) . resides , in relation to premises, includes sleeps at the premises on a regular or frequent basis.
