### sec.141ZD When powers may be exercised
A police officer may, without a warrant or consent, exercise a power under this division if the exercise of the power is reasonably required to determine whether an individual subject to a firearm prohibition order is committing an offence under section 141Y (1) or (2) .
The police officer may exercise the power with the assistance of another police officer.
