### sec.141V Licenses, permits and approvals automatically revoked if firearm prohibition order made
This section applies if a firearm prohibition order is made in relation to an individual.
A licence, permit or approval held by the individual is automatically revoked.
A licence, permit or approval held by a body, whether incorporated or unincorporated, is automatically revoked if the individual is the body’s representative.
The revocation takes effect—
if the firearm prohibition order is made by the court and the individual is present in court when the order is made—on the making of the order; or
otherwise—when a police officer serves the order or a copy of the order on the individual under section 141P .
In this section—
approval means an approval granted by an authorised officer under this Act and in force at the material time.
permit means a permit issued under this Act and in force at the material time.

(sec.141V-ssec.1) This section applies if a firearm prohibition order is made in relation to an individual.
(sec.141V-ssec.2) A licence, permit or approval held by the individual is automatically revoked.
(sec.141V-ssec.3) A licence, permit or approval held by a body, whether incorporated or unincorporated, is automatically revoked if the individual is the body’s representative.
(sec.141V-ssec.4) The revocation takes effect— if the firearm prohibition order is made by the court and the individual is present in court when the order is made—on the making of the order; or otherwise—when a police officer serves the order or a copy of the order on the individual under section 141P .

- (a) if the firearm prohibition order is made by the court and the individual is present in court when the order is made—on the making of the order; or
- (b) otherwise—when a police officer serves the order or a copy of the order on the individual under section 141P .
