### sec.141U Offence to contravene direction
An individual must comply with a direction given to the individual under section 141Q (2) or 141S (2) (b) unless the individual has a reasonable excuse.
Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
However, an individual does not commit an offence against subsection (1) unless—
the individual is the individual the subject of the firearm prohibition order to which the direction relates and the order has not been served on the individual under section 141P ; and
the individual has been given a warning under section 141T (1) in relation to the direction.
