### sec.141S Powers relating to particular directions
This section applies if—
a police officer directs an individual under section 141Q (2) (d) to accompany a police officer to a place; and
the individual is to be transported by a police officer to the place.
Before the individual is transported to the place, a police officer may—
search the individual for anything in the individual’s possession that may be used to cause harm to the individual or another person; and

direct the individual to leave at the individual’s current location a thing found in the search that may be used to cause harm to the individual or another person; and
seize a thing found in the search that the police officer reasonably suspects is evidence of the commission of an offence.
A thing seized under subsection (2) (c) is, for the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 622 , taken to have been seized under that Act.

(sec.141S-ssec.3) A thing seized under subsection (2) (c) is, for the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 622 , taken to have been seized under that Act.
