### sec.141I Content of firearm prohibition orders
A firearm prohibition order must state the following—
information identifying the individual the subject of the order;
the day the order is made;
the period the order has effect;
the effect of division 3 , including that a person may commit an offence and be subject to a penalty under that division;
that police may conduct searches under division 4 ;
that the individual may appeal against the decision to make the order;
how, and the period within which, the individual may appeal.
