### sec.141I Content of firearm prohibition orders A firearm prohibition order must state the following— information identifying the individual the subject of the order; the day the order is made; the period the order has effect; the effect of division 3 , including that a person may commit an offence and be subject to a penalty under that division; that police may conduct searches under division 4 ; that the individual may appeal against the decision to make the order; how, and the period within which, the individual may appeal. s 141I ins 2024 No. 45 s 73 - (a) information identifying the individual the subject of the order; - (b) the day the order is made; - (c) the period the order has effect; - (d) the effect of division 3 , including that a person may commit an offence and be subject to a penalty under that division; - (e) that police may conduct searches under division 4 ; - (f) that the individual may appeal against the decision to make the order; - (g) how, and the period within which, the individual may appeal.
