### sec.141D Definitions for part In this part— court means— in relation to a firearm prohibition order in relation to a child—the Childrens Court constituted by a Childrens Court magistrate; or otherwise—the Magistrates Court. criminal history , of a person, means the convictions, including spent convictions, whether or not recorded, against the person for offences in Queensland or elsewhere. firearm includes an antique firearm and a replica of a firearm. firearm prohibition order means a firearm prohibition order under section 141G or 141H . firearm related item means— ammunition; or a magazine for a firearm; or a silencer or another device or thing that is made or used, is capable of being used or is intended to be used for reducing the sound caused by discharging a firearm; or another thing prescribed by regulation to be a firearm related item. s 141D ins 2024 No. 45 s 73 - (a) in relation to a firearm prohibition order in relation to a child—the Childrens Court constituted by a Childrens Court magistrate; or - (b) otherwise—the Magistrates Court. - (a) ammunition; or - (b) a magazine for a firearm; or - (c) a silencer or another device or thing that is made or used, is capable of being used or is intended to be used for reducing the sound caused by discharging a firearm; or - (d) another thing prescribed by regulation to be a firearm related item.
