### sec.128 Obligations of security organisation in relation to register
A security organisation must—
keep a security organisation register in the approved form; and
record in the security organisation register, as prescribed by regulation, information about its, and its employees’, possession or use of weapons.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
A person must not make an entry in the security organisation register that is false or misleading.
Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
A regulation may prescribe—
the type of information that must be recorded in the security organisation register; and
the time when the information must be recorded; and
who must record the information on behalf of the security organisation; and
procedures the security organisation must undertake to verify an entry in the security organisation register.
